Jacob took the boys outside this evening to water the tomatoes. But I think they forgot to water the tomatoes.

 

I sure love my husband. He took to being a father quickly, like he’s been doing it for years. I used to worry that I wouldn’t be able to find someone who would love my boys like they were his own. But I don’t worry about that anymore.  Easton and Teagan love him to bits, and even if he isn’t their biological father, I know that they’ll love him and respect him and always feel like he’s a father to them.

Easton said to Jacob tonight, “Boys love when their dads punch them in the face. It makes them feel better.”  Easton and Jacob have this little punching thing between them, and Easton just thinks it’s so much fun. I love to see the relationship that my boys have with my husband. It completely melts my heart to know that all the boys that I love so much all love each other too.
