Been Creating Some Announcements

LOVE this kid!

So I've been posting things that Easton does or says quite a bit lately, but don't read if you don't care. It's mostly so I can always remember this funny little guy at almost 3 years old.

Me: Easton, what are you doing upstairs?

Easton: No, Mom, don't see me!

Me: Are you being bad? I'm coming up there.

Easton: No, don't see me!

Then I know he's doing something wrong like pouring a bottle of baby powder all over his room and himself until he looks like a ghost. Got the pictures to prove it.

Lately, I've somehow ended up in Easton's bed every night. Ever since our second move in Phoenix and all the moves after that, he wakes up in the night. I don't have the heart to let him cry since I figure he probably hasn't figured out where we actually live anymore. So every morning I wake up to his breath in my face and stinky kisses, but I'll take them because of what he always says:

Easton: Hi, Mom. You so boo-iful. (he's added the "so")

Me: Well, you are beautiful too.

Easton: No, I not boo-iful no more. I handsome.

Our Happenings

Here I am at 20 weeks pregnant. Tegan better appreciate the fact that I allowed him to expand the size of my body.

I cut all my hair off, and I like it, but Adam likes long hair even though I always throw it up. men are such fickle things.

I used to be obsessed with blogging, but not so much anymore. We've also been out of town for 2 weeks while Adam went to work in Midvale, UT. We had some fun times, but Adam's cheap company put us up in the most ghetto place of all Utah. Our hotel stunk like nastiness, and our neighbors were ghetto and blasted their thug music until 2 am and woke us up with it at 6 am. I don't think these people even had jobs. Good times. We did get to go to a few fun places like the dinosaur museum in Lehi, the aquarium in Sandy, Temple Square, and out ofr some nature walks in the mountains. Poor Easton thought that we moved to that hotel. I will post some of the pics soon.

As for me, I'm as fat as ever with a large belly that seems to grow larger each new day. Lucky me, I've got 18 more growing weeks ahead of me. I'm going to have to go on Biggest Loser when Tegan comes out, and I'll be the heaviest woman on there. I could win some money, though.

Easton is practically potty trained. Unless I put underwear on him. So he's going commando under his shorts until he stops peeing in his spiderman unders. As long as he has nothing tight around him he'll pee and poop on the potty

Easton's pretty funny these days. He thinks he's allowed to grow up or something. Weird, I know. I'm not allowed to see him on the potty. He says, "No, don't see me poop." I can't tell him no without him saying, "You calm down! You don't tell me no." Of course not, I'm just the mom.

Some Shots of Easton

Today Easton and I were over at Becca's and we got a little rain for a minute so headed outside to get some fun shots. I never take pictures of Easton mostly because he's like a tornado and will not stop to take a picture, the little terd. Check out more on my photo blog.

Speaking of terds... Becca looks like she's trying to get rid of something

Becca got a new haircut - we really like it

The Richters

Sherrelle and RJ are friends of ours from when Adam and I were dating. So we go waaay back - about 5 years :). They had a little boy named Colten a few weeks ago, and we did a photo shoot recently. Take a look!

Sarah's Wedding

If anyone would like to view Sarah's and Jake's wedding pictures click on the link to my photography blog. These were my favorite pictures that I've ever been able to do. You have to have the right people for the right look, and S and J are totally funky. They are completely real about being real.

Tegan It Is!

Our little baby has a little something between his legs, making our baby-to-be another little boy. Everything looks good, and he's growing right along with the estimated due date of January 28th. I'm guessing that he won't come until February, though. We will be naming him Tegan McKay, and we decided on that name well before I became pregnant. Hopefully I can post some pictures from the ultrasound tomorrow. We got some good ones of his bony little body, but he's still cute. I'm surrounded by boy parts!
