6-1-10

Yesterday was such a wonderful Memorial Day. Jacob and I got to go hiking with some friends up at Mt Charleston. My mom took Teagan Sunday night and watched him for us on Monday, and Easton went swimming and to a bbq with Aunt Becca and Uncle Jud. I have the best family, always willing to help out.

I really got to enjoy my day with my husband. The hike was 2 miles up, and when I say up I mean UP – straight up. My legs were dying on the way up, and I officially hated hiking. Until we got to go down, and Jacob and I broke off and ran most of the way down. He thought going down was harder,  but I thought it was easy peasy and really fun. It was nice to break off from the group on the way down to get some alone time with my sweet hubby.  I love doing outdoor things with Jacob and getting the chance to see my little Eagle Scout in action. Here’s some pictures from our day.

These last 3 were after we picked Teags up from my mom’s – we stopped at Cafe Rio for some yumminess.  image 072 image 073 image 077
