Another day down! The boys are with their dad, as usual for a Tuesday, and Jacob and i just got back from Costco. Before that we went to a bbq at the house of some friends in our ward. It was an Elder's Quorum activity for the men and their wives. By wives I mean all of the women collectively, not multiple women belonging to one man. So we had a nice evening. I just got done doing my resistance band workout. I'm trying to add strength training to my workouts so that I'm not just getting cardio in there.
Also, I discovered today that, according to the BMI, I'm severely overweight. Come on, now. Severely?!!! I know I'm hard on myself but I'm not SEVERELY hard on myself. I'll take a little chubby, or quite curvy, but the BMI makers can keep their diagnosis to themselves!

Curvy, motherly, womanly! Go to Italy and look at all of the statues of naked women and you look just like them, and remember these are the most beautiful women in their society or they would not have made statues of them. For some reason our society likes anorexic looking people. You are a beaty and don't forget it!
