My computer got a virus yesterday – the whole thing was infested – but thanks to a computer brother who is just a phone call away my computer is up and running today. I appreciate having a brother in the computer biz. Now I just need a sister that’s a hair stylist. And a brother that’s a dentist. And a carpenter. Anyway, on Monday I had written about Sadie in the morning. As of today she is doing much better. She is able to move her neck and she’s up off the couch smiling now. The abcess on her neck might be a little bit smaller, so this is all good news. Today was her best day yet, so thank goodness it wasn’t something more serious. I don’t know if they know what the thing on her neck is, but the doctor had suggested that it could possibly have been from a chicken pox that opened up and got infected. She has been on a whole lot of antibiotics, so whatever it is, hopefully it’s gone now. We are going to visit her tomorrow because she and Teagan have been asking for each other and haven’t been able to see each other since she’s been so sick. But her pediatrician assured Becca that as of tomorrow Sadie is no longer contagious and can go back to the gym daycare. So we are going to go play with Sadie Face since she hasn’t done anything fun or left her house for a week.

Monday afternoon I took the boys to the park. I’ve been doing a good job of taking the  boys out to do things and spending more quality time with them. We didn’t do much yesterday, but Jacob came home to visit the boys at lunch time. He drives a Smart Car at work, and Easton has always wanted to see it, so he stopped by to show it to him. Easton has seen the car out driving before and has asked, “Is that an action figure?!” So he thought it was pretty cool.

Last night I went to a baby shower for a friend in my ward who is due just 5 weeks before me. The entire ward was there. At least most of the ladies, anyway. This morning we went on our walk to school with the Hanseens, and then I came back and got ready for the day. I took the boys to the park at 2 pm with some ladies I work with in Young Women’s, Savannah Buckner and Brittany Anderson. The boys like playing with Asher who is Savannah’s and Taylor who is Brittany’s. After the park we came home and I got dinner started while the boys rode their bikes and scooters outside. Teagan and I just finished Skyping Sadie to tell her that we are going to come play with her tomorrow. When Jacob gets back from home teaching tonight, I will probably head to Michael’s to get some stuff for a craft we are doing for mutual. I’m looking forward to Friday when I get to go on a girls night with my sis and besties. Can’t wait for that! We also might go to the Zoo again on Friday. We’ll see.
