I can't wait for my wellness challenge to be over so that I can stop journaling every single day. But I plan to start another wellness challenge right after this one is over, so what am I talking about? I was going for my first perfect score this entire challenge, and yesterday got super busy and I didn't have a chance to eat dinner before 8 pm, so I had to break that rule and lose a point :(. I was really bummed, but I was super hungry and had to eat something.
Church was nice today. Jacob and I got to listen and pay attention without fighting with an onry little 1 year old. When we picked Teagan up today from my parents, he was just the most pleasant little thing one would ever meet. My dad always says, "I don't know what you mean when you say Teagan is fussy." Of course not, that wouldn't be right for a child to be naughty for his grandparents. Only his mom is the lucky recipient of naughty behavior. But what a cutie he was as soon as we walked in the door! Just full of laughs and giggles, just like my old Teagan used to be before I had my surgery. I thought that little guy was gone, but he just saves that part of him for G-ma's and G-pa's.
This next weekend we're taking my parents and Bec and Jud up to the Edgel's condo in Beaver, UT. We are so excited to get out of town and into beautiful nature with our family. We're going to be right next to Puffer Lake so my dad can fish. We'll go quadding, bbq on the deck, take some scenic walks, and have a grand ol' time on a mini vacation. Can't wait.
Well I better get! Tomorrow morning I'm trying to get up at 6am to do my run outside before it hits 114 degrees. I hope I can do it. Actually get up before my body wants to. We shall see.
