My terrific family gave me a baby shower today, and let me just say that when my family throws a party, they throw a feast. We had homemade chiken enchiladas, spanish rice, Mexican mac and cheese, pasta salad, fresh salsa and bean dip, cheese balls, fruit platters, white chocolate popcorn, and my favorite orange pineapple salad my mom makes. Nobody left hungry. We had a great turnout, and Tegan was SPOILED with so many gifts. Cute clothes, baby necessities, handmade blankets and burpies, the baby bumbo, and a great double stroller. He doesn't need a thing! And Easton even got a present so he wouldn't feel left out. I had the greatest time with all my friends and family, and I feel super loved :). Thanks to all who came and gave such great gifts. Only 3 days till I'm due!

it was a fun shower, wish I could have eaten some of that yummy food, so bummed my stomach felt eeekky. you did get some cute stuff, and it was fun to see Stacy we need to hang out the three of us sometime. you better call me when you go into labor.

Haha! Oh my GOODness- i can't believe how many gifts you got!! What a blessing huh? It was such a good time.. and the food was FANTASTIC.. speaking of which, i would love to have the recipe for that Pineapple/Marshmellow salad.. i've been looking for a good one and that was sooo good!

I love your belly... You should have seen mine it was ginormous, I still can't imagine it got that big but I do have the stretch marks to prove it ;-)

Awesome! That is great and you deserve it! :) Make sure you put him in all the cute clothes, don't save any for later, cuz they grow so quick they don't really get to wear the same clothes over again that much!
Oh I can't wait to see him!
Oh and by the way...I bet your shower would have been WAAAY better if it was thrown by your Meridian Friends!!! (Just kidding...we're just missing ya!)
Looks like I missed a great party with yummy food. I am so glad you and the baby were spoiled, you deserve it. I am sorry I missed it. I had a family party and baptism to be at. I am glad you had a great day.
Kim, of course that's true, but I just had to settle for my lame old Las Vegas shower :).
It was really fun and you got loads of gifts!!!! P.S. even I enjoyed the Mexican feast. And I'm super picky... I could have just ate and ate all afternoon long.

You're in the home strech now, baby! Good luck with the birth....I am on the edge of my seat waiting to hear how it all goes! YOur hair looks adorable, by the way! It looks wavy/curly....very cute! You are so cute pregnant, but I'm sure you are beyond ready to be DONE!!!
