Guilty, But So Innocent
I used to think that people whose kids did bad things just needed to watch them better, but I get it now. Sometimes you just need time to be in your own world, and then when you go there you come back and realize that it was ridiculous to think that you could have a moment to be alone. Easton did this to himself last night while I was blogging and taking a much needed break from life. He was supposed to be watching 101 Dalmations. When we woke up this morning, I asked him why he would color all over himself (probably got the idea from me yesterday when we drew a beard on his face with eyeliner), and he said in pure innocence, "I just being a boy." Where he got that little phrase from, I don't know, but it was his favorite thing to tell me today at church.

Sorry, but so funny!!! Your right...before kids you figure...geez, just watch your kids and nothing will go wrong...but that is just not always possible...you will find out soon enough with another one comeing how true that is!
So now I know what you were thinking about me when I was posting the naughty things my girls do. I just need to watch them better. thanks a lot hehe. It is probably true but I think I have those moments where I need a break too often and the girls seem to know when they are too. Last night I caught them coloring on themselves with markers and Ayden said it was all Alex and that she didn't do any of it. Unfortunately for her the evidence pointed otherwise. Alex had a big smiley face drawn on her own forehead. Yeah, I am sure Alex did that to herself. Oh kids. Hey, why the new blog?
That is too funny. Who did teach him that saying? Not good. Boys are not just allowed to be boys. Good thing there are great mothers like you too raise them. I think it is more "I am a kid mom!" Curiouse? Bored? Attention? What ever it is. It HAPPENS!!!
Now you can bribe Easton when he's older with how he used to put eye liner on!~ hahaha!~
