Jekyl and Hyde

Start at the bottom picture for the correct order of events. Sorry, I posted in the wrong order. Easton does look mighty handsome in his grown-up outfit. Minus the ugly speed racer shoes that his Uncle Juddy bought him without my consent. And, of course, they are the only ones that Easton will wear Monday-Saturday.

But, to our dismay, he pushes the pedals in the right way and the bike starts going. He is happy again, and life is good. Until our next bike ride because they always go this way.

This is Easton after he has had time to collect himself (about 2 minutes) and realize that the bike is not the enemy. So he gets back on but keeps pushing the pedals the wrong way making the brakes come on. Hence, the rage-about-to-be-unleashed face.

This is Easton after he has thrown his bike, and he's now moping because life is super hard. So he says, "I hate my bike."

This is Easton's first attempt to ride his bike (not ever, just on this particular morning). He starts off happy and optimistic that all things will work out and the bike will funtion properly.

Rach-- He seriously is so handsome. I love the little strong personality, he gets that from his momma.

Easton looks so cute in his pirate costume! WOw, I am jealous it looks so warm...although we have had some warm days here and halloween was surprisingly nice, I love your weather more, I am not a cold-fan. :)

It's fun to see your blog - Easton is so cute! Thanks for your comment on my blog - it is really good to hear from you! I am glad to know that you liked Coleen and that you had such a good experience with your labor and birth - I have been really happy with all the midwives there so far. It's nice to know I'm not the only one who has been in this boat (past the due date, excited about a natural birth, going to a birth center...)
