This is not really my business, but please don't rent your house, because I've heard too many horror stories, how people have moved in and totally trashed the place! And then their house has lost a lot of its value. It is too beautiful to get ruined! Unless you have really good renters.
Your house is too cute, I am totally stealing decorating ideas. It's sad that you guys are leaving, but you will have a good experience in Arizona too (plus a warmer climate). Good luck!
