Starting to Feel Like Home
I think we are starting to get into the groove of things around here. You know how you move somewhere new and feel like you are on vacation, and then after a couple of weeks you think, "Oh, that was a fun vacation, now it's time to go home." Then you remember that you are home and you have to make this place feel like home and not just somewhere you are visting. Susan and I were feeling a little homesick this week. I've been missing all the ladies back in Meridian and missing my brothers who lived with me for 2 years and are now in Vegas and missing family in Boise (Shiloh, I miss working out with you :( and scrapbooking nights with all the sisters). It was starting to feel like a really long vacation that needed to end. But church was great today and my sis is coming to visit next weekend since we are only 4 hours away now. The weather has been absolutely BEAUTIFUL! I've already gotten a tan from hanging out at the pool. It's not hot enough yet for the unheated pools, but we have one pool that is heated, so that's great. I'll post some pics from the happenings of this week in the next post.
